Depending on the client situation, there can be more than one way to assist in the recruitment process. At this time we shall agree upon the recruitment methodology, which can be one of the following:
Advertised Response Assignments
Clients request from time to time to use the media to advertise a position in, hereafter they will ask us to handle the response. The client will pay the cost towards the newspapers and a handling fee to us for the following the process thereof.
Contingency Assignments
Should you wish to make use of our extensive database to choose a suitable candidate, we assist in the selection thereof. On the successful completion of such an assignment, we shall bill you a placement fee.
Exclusive Search Assignments
This method of recruitment is sought after in SA, particularly with the skill shortage we are experiencing. In this instance, exclusivity and a retainer fee is applicable. The candidates are targeted, and a thorough industry search is involved here. This is a focused approach and is always successful.
