About Us
Leonie Fischer has been involved in the HR fraternity since the early eighties. She is a graduate from the University of Pretoria with 23 years commercial experience. Since 1986 she has been involved in HR consulting, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and selection, contracting, executive search, response handling, recruitment advertising, interim management projects and management. She spent 13 years of her consulting career within the Adcorp group facilitating in senior management positions within Quest Personnel for 7 years. Within the same group she was the Managing Director for Admark, holding a national portfolio, from 1994 - 1998.

Management:
Leonie Fischer offers 20 years experience in the human resources consulting industry. She specialised in management, recruitment, operations, marketing, consulting, and strategy. She facilitated at Board Level for a blue chip, listed company, for 7 years as Senior Manager and Managing Director. She identified a gap in the marketplace in 1999 for a niche consultancy at the top end of the market to assist clients in the recruitment cycle. She started to consult independently for large organisations initially and opened her office in Centurion in 2000. Leonie has built a reputation of trust and professionalism with her clients and candidates since she started consulting in the early eighties. Her clients are loyal and some of the large corporations she has dealt with, has stayed with her for 18 years. She chooses her clients with care and build very strong relationships.
