We are looking for an adventurous, astute business manager to lead overall strategic planning and direction of a highly successful beverage company in Tanzania. Reporting directly to the Country Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for overall performance market share, sales volume and revenue, costs, operating profit, production and quality within the business region.
Main duties:
· Ensure annual performance objectives are in line with business plan initiatives
· Consistently improve organisational capability and effectiveness
· Drive standardization in operating procedures, policies and practices.
· Drive aggressive, but profitable, sales volume growth
· Ensure costs and capital expenditures are sufficient to drive business growth
· Ensure the bottling production operation is managed efficiently, ensure daily production volume targets and quality standards are met.
· Encourage good industrial relations and physical safety of the work force
· Safeguard company assets with effective control systems.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory, statutory and safety requirements.
· Instill healthy financial practices
The following specifications will qualify the success of your application:
· Degree in sales, marketing or business administration
· Ten years in sales, marketing, or finance management in a food / beverage company. Experience in a bottling environment is a plus.
